crack

Visiting Beechwood Shopping Centre in Cheltenham you are spoilt for choice with around 40 stores, including Debenhams, Next, Disney, Evans, Vision Express, Animal and Cargo as well as a wealth of independent retailers that combine to provide visitors with the contrast of popular labels and the individuality of smaller shops.

Beechwood is attractively laid out with a unique centre piece consisting of a tranquil garden seating area with a stream running under a wooden bridge, all under a large glass atrium which floods the area with light and warmth. The garden is the perfect place to take a break and relax while planning the next stage of your shopping trip or meeting friends. Visitors are encouraged to throw money into the stream where it is collected and donated to charity which this year is Cheltenham’s National Star College, who have already received donations through activities held in Beechwood and the on-going 5p Appeal.

Ground floor shops provide everything from greetings cards, books, music and gifts to clothing, jewellery, furniture and homewares. Debenhams, spread over two floors, enhances the shopping experience offering unbeatable style at affordable prices. A large Next selling fashions for him, her and children as well as homewares connects the centre with the high street.

On the balcony level, Edwina Edwards, Love it, Thread Shed, Destination Skin, GameOn and Ziggy’s offer fashion, childrenswear and toys, jewellery, health & beauty and video games that combine to create a unique and refreshingly different offer with an identity all of its own and Western Computers is Gloucestershires only Premium Apple reseller. Beechwood’s two levels are linked by escalator, lifts and scenic lift and there are ATM cash machines located on the balcony level and car park level 2a, which are free to use.

For those looking for refreshment, Cafe Giardino on the balcony level and Fresh Crust and Caffe La Scala, both on the ground floor each provide the perfect venue for a coffee break, light snack or mouth watering lunch in a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.

Entrance to the CCTV covered shopping centre is from the high street on foot or via the 400 space car park which is located off Albion Street and has again been awarded the Park Mark safer parking accreditation. Located on level 1a of the car park is the Shopmobility scheme which is run by Cheltenham Borough Council and is freely accessible by car with disabled bays immediately adjacent and offers free parking to members.

Beechwood’s car park also offers the Severn Valet service where fully trained and uniformed staff can provide a variety of options from a simple spruce up to a full valet while you shop. Severn Valet is located on level 2a of the car park.

Public and disabled toilets and a parent room are available on the first floor near the lifts with an additional parent room/disabled toilet on the ground floor.

Centre manager Owen Acland and his team aim to provide a unique shopping experience in a relaxed and friendly environment and hope that you enjoy visiting Beechwood and discovering all that it has to offer.
