Champion Chase - Finians Rainbow – Second in the Arkle last year and will improve for better ground around Cheltenham.

Thursday 15th March
World Hurdle - Big Bucks – Best staying hurdler of our time and is unbeaten in his last 14 starts.

Friday 16th March
JCB hurdle - Minsk – Winner of the Irish Cesarawitch and said to have taken to hurdling very well.
Gold Cup - Long Run - Last year’s winner, beaten twice by Kauto Star but conditions are more suitable at Cheltenham.
Foxhunter Chase - Chapoturgeon (E/W) – One time high class handicap chaser and bolted up at Newbury and is sure to go close.
Grand Annual - Tara Royal – Won well at Musselburgh and still looks on a very favourable handicap mark with conditions at Cheltenham to suit
