A gym which everyone can work out at…

Spending a work-out session at Fitness4Less is an absolute pleasure. The gym itself is a stone’s throw from the High Street behind Argos and situated next to the side of Lidl. Fitness4Less was one of the first gyms to offer an affordable monthly fee without hidden costs and an immediate cancellation policy if you change your mind during the time you are a member. Yes, there are a few classes where there is an extra charge but they also offer a large range of classes which are inclusive in their monthly fee which starts at only £14.99 per month!

Fitness 4 Less in Cheltenham has many luxuries you would only expect to find in a premier charging gym. The changing rooms for example, are superb and beautifully warm, aided by the presence of an in-room sauna which is a delight to step into just before showering. There is a huge amount of space, clean showers, lockers and hairdryers provided. The gym has an abundance of the latest fitness equipment and what is unique is that it has its own ‘ladies area’ which again, is a fully equipped separate gym area for those women who would like a bit more privacy.

The classes at Fitness 4 Less cater to most individuals need. These include Spinning on stationery bikes (a sure way to burn calories quickly), Pump & Sculpt, brilliant Fitness Yoga classes Jackie Allen runs twice a week. (Even if you hate the thought of going to a
gym, the membership is worth every penny just to go to her yoga class and she also teaches Pilates). In addition there is Stuart who runs non-contact boxing classes, Lucy who teaches Zumba, and Christina, a Retrobics class instructor.
